Steve's faced the challange of being 8+ years behind the market with their e-commerce website, whiched resulted in declining traffic and conversion. My challange was to develope the brand and bring the website fully up to speed, delivering a clean and steamlined user experience. From the home page, search results, product page to checkout, every piece of the puzzle focused on a improving conversion.

There was more to increasing traffic and conversion than just a new website. The Steve's brand needed to be refreshed and polished across all forms of communication to impart a sense of trust, quality and value. Through aggressive email marketing, strategies to grow the email and social connections, print campaigns and constant finessing of the website, Steve's is seeing their first increase in traffic and conversion in 3 years!
